I'd like to innovate you to 1 of my all time favorite mode tools…the leather hole puncher! This funny looking tool punches perfectly shaped holes into leather, and can exist used to fix a variety of leather related issues. In the past, I've used it to add together holes to belts that were also large or awkward plumbing equipment (one hole is too tight, one is too loose), add a hole to a hip belt that I also wanted to wear on my waist, and add holes to shoe straps that either started out as well large, or stretched out with wearable. Information technology comes in completely handy, and I've even had requests from co-workers to bring it into piece of work and so we tin have a "pigsty punching party" where anybody brings in their belts and shoes in demand of actress holes.

UPDATE: a reader (thanks Linda!) shared another great tool that is better for making those super tiny holes you may need on scout or sandal straps.

To ameliorate match the existing holes and fashion of this belt, I needed to add together a small notch to each pigsty. I used an x-acto knife to carefully cut the notches.

All done!

As I mentioned in a higher place, you can apply this tool on shoes, handbag straps…anything leather that needs some more holes for a amend fit. It can too piece of work on fake leather, vinyl and fifty-fifty thick fabrics. Happy punching!
