Here'southward how.
Add the host (eg. www) and domain proper name (eg. google.com) without the protocol or an html ballast. In other words:
Works
www.google.com gmail.google.com
Will not work
google.com http://google.com <a href="http://www.google.com/">google<a/>

Currently, the only place yous can put hyperlinks in a Google form is in the second box from the top (aka the clarification box). Anywhere else and the URL wont be clickable.
To add together a URL to the discription box simply type the URL with or without the http://
. You dont demand to add together any HTML markup. eg Typing google.com
volition outcome in google.com
Its a feature that has been requested earlier just so far Google hasn't added it yet. All we tin can practise is expect in apprehension!

Oscar is correct. You lot can as well add together a hyperlink in the confirmation page and it will go clickable.

You can also add hyperlinks in the confirmation page - once more, exit the 'http://' off your link
